Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Participation

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and payment details. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.

Promotion rules

• Promote only to adults and in a truthful, non-misleading way.
• Do not use spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding you are not authorised for, or adult placements that violate any network or platform rules.
• Do not imply endorsement beyond what these terms allow, or associate the Service with minors or prohibited content.

Commissions and payment

Commissions are earned on qualifying referrals as described in the programme dashboard. Fraudulent, self-referred, or reversed transactions are not payable. We may withhold or claw back commissions linked to fraud or policy breaches.

Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Breaching these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
