Content Removal & Appeals Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Because all characters are AI-generated and not real people, the Service does not host user-uploaded performer media. This policy explains how to raise a complaint or removal request if you believe something on the Service should be taken down, and how to appeal if you believe content was removed or restricted in error.

What you can request

You may ask us to remove content that you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights, depicts or references you or another identifiable person without consent, or otherwise breaches our policies.

How to request removal

  • Send an email to the address below with the subject 'Content Removal'.
  • Include your name and contact information.
  • Describe the content and where it appears (links, character, or screenshots).
  • Explain why it should be removed and attach any supporting documentation.
  • Confirm your statement is accurate and made in good faith.

Review and resolution

All complaints and removal requests are reviewed by trained personnel. We acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours, investigate the reported content, take appropriate action, and resolve all valid complaints within five (5) business days.

Where there is evidence that content is illegal or otherwise non-compliant with applicable laws, regulations, or our policies, it is removed immediately while the matter is reviewed.

Actions may include removing or restricting content, requesting additional information, or suspending accounts that violate our policies. We let you know the outcome of our investigation. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA Policy.

Prohibited content

We prohibit content that violates applicable laws, is non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes human trafficking or other illegal activity. Such content is removed promptly upon discovery or notification. See also our Blocked Content Policy and Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy.

Appeals

If you believe content has been removed, restricted, or moderated in error, or that action was wrongly taken on your account, you may submit an appeal by emailing hello@noshame.ai with the subject 'Appeal'. Please include your account email, the content or decision concerned, and why you believe it was a mistake.

Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team who was not involved in the original decision. If the content is found to violate our Terms of Service or applicable law, it will remain removed. If the content complies with our policies, it may be restored where appropriate. We will tell you the outcome of your appeal.

If you disagree with our decision on appeal, you may request an independent review by a neutral third party, at our expense. Following completion of the independent review, the decision will be considered final.
