Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

Zero-tolerance commitment

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance stance toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from exploitation. This applies equally to real-world conduct and to content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates it.

Definitions

• Human trafficking: recruiting, transporting, transferring, harbouring, or receiving a person through force, fraud, coercion, or abuse of power for the purpose of exploitation.
• Sex trafficking: causing a person to engage in a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or causing anyone under 18 to engage in a commercial sex act by any means.
• Sexual exploitation: abusing a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another person.
• Coercion: threats, violence, blackmail, debt bondage, confiscation of documents, or any other pressure used to make a person act against their will.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service to recruit, advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate trafficking, commercial sex with real people, or forced labour.
• Creating, requesting, or sharing content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation of real people.
• Offering, requesting, or arranging real-world sexual services, meetings, or payments to or for real individuals.
• Using the Service, its payment flows, or the affiliate programme to launder, transfer, or profit from proceeds of exploitation.
• Deceptive recruitment, including false job offers, modelling, or "companion" opportunities.
• Any content involving minors, as set out in our Underage Policy.

Safeguards

Every character on the Service is fictional and AI-generated; the Service does not host real performers or user-uploaded performer media, and does not allow real people to be offered or advertised. An automated safety layer reviews each request before a reply is produced and blocks prohibited themes, and blocked attempts are logged for compliance review. Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment providers, and we monitor for suspicious transaction and account patterns.

Responsibilities

All users and affiliates must comply with this Policy and applicable anti-trafficking laws, and must report suspected trafficking or exploitation. Our team is responsible for reviewing reports promptly, preserving relevant records, and escalating credible concerns.

Reporting

If you suspect trafficking, coercion, or exploitation connected to the Service, report it immediately to hello@noshame.ai with the subject 'Trafficking Report', including as much detail as possible. Reports can be made anonymously. Reports are prioritised, acknowledged within 24–48 hours, and investigated promptly.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States you can also contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (text 233733).

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, forfeiture of affiliate commissions, and refusal of future access. Where appropriate we preserve records and notify law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where minors may be involved, and our payment and financial partners.

Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulators, and payment partners investigating trafficking or exploitation, and respond to valid legal requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Notice.

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or card network requirements.
