Submitting a notice

To report material you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our agent that includes:

• Your signature (physical or electronic) as the owner or authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Service and where it is located.
• Your contact details (name, address, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate cases, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
