Terms of Service

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher, and legally permitted to view adult material in your jurisdiction.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Fictional AI characters

Every character on the Service is fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people, do not depict real people, and any resemblance to an actual person is unintended and coincidental.

All characters are portrayed as consenting adults aged 18 or older. Conversations are computer-generated and may be inaccurate; they are for entertainment only and are not advice of any kind.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or access the Service through automated means except where we expressly allow it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and to follow our Community Guidelines and Blocked Content Policy.

You may not attempt to generate, request, or distribute prohibited content, reverse engineer the Service, disrupt it, or use it to harass, defraud, or harm others.

5. Purchases, gems and subscriptions

Some features require gems or a paid subscription. Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Payments are handled by third-party processors. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. User content and licence

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you submit. You grant us a licence to process them to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your inputs and must not submit anything unlawful or infringing.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, designs, and branding, is owned by NoShame or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it for personal enjoyment only.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for a breach of these Terms or where we consider it necessary to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept the update.
