Underage Policy

Adults only

Every character is an AI-generated adult aged 18 or older. Users must also be adults. We do not allow characters, personas, names, images, or prompts that depict, imply, or role-play anyone under 18 in a sexual context.

What is prohibited

• Any sexualised depiction, description, or role-play of a minor, including 'age-play' framed as underage.
• Personas, display names, or requests suggesting a child, a specific age under 18, or school/childhood sexual scenarios.
• Attempts to make a character appear or behave as a minor.

Enforcement

Automated safety systems block prohibited requests before a reply is generated, and blocked attempts are logged. We may suspend accounts, preserve records, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other authorities as required by law.

Reporting

If you encounter anything that appears to involve a minor, report it immediately to hello@noshame.ai with as much detail as possible.
